June 2013 Vendor Information

It’s that time of year again to be thinking of your participation in the Summer 2013 Colorado Wildland Fire & Incident Management Academy. TheSummer Academy will be held in Olathe, Colorado the week of June 1-7, 2013. We are expecting over 500 participants. These participants will be from various federal, state, local and private agencies from around the state and country.

BOOTH INFORMATION: Booth space to display and sell products is available. A booth space (approximately 8'X10') will be $300.00 for the week, $200.00 for table top only. This includes breakfast & lunch for up to 2 people from your company per day. If more than 2 persons are attending then an extra $15.00 per day per person is required for meals. Additional table fee is $100.00. Truck vendors must purchase a booth space, no extra charge for outside space. Outside space may be limited due to constraints from the high school; however, we will do our best to get you the needed traffic to show your products.

Sales tax will be collected, tax rate in Olathe is 8.65% . Please ensure you pay your taxes before you leave or your future attendance may be jeopardized.

SET-UP INFORMATION: Set-up will be Fri May 31, at 1 P.M. To register, you must do so on-line which is www.cwfima.com (this web site). Vendor spaces will be assigned to the pre-registered vendors first, then remaining vendors on a first come first served basis.

FLOOR PLAN LAYOUT: Vendors may view the PDF layout and request specific booths. Our returning core vendors will receive priority. Booths will then be assigned on a first come first serve basis with some consideration to Vendor type and product mix. (Not available at this time)

MOTEL ROOMS: A block of rooms have been reserved at the Holiday Inn (Montrose, CO approx 10 mi from Olathe).  The rate is $80.00 plus tax. REGISTRATION INFORMATION: Registration will ONLY be accepted online. Mail in registrations will not be accepted. Please contact the Vendor Rep if this is a problem.
